1.鍍鎳、馬口鐵、連退、脫脂等連續(xù)生產(chǎn)線成套設(shè)備和總承包：

公司在借鑒了國內(nèi)外各高速機(jī)組生產(chǎn)線的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，并根據(jù)我公司的工藝，以總包、電氣集成、設(shè)備改造等多種方式服務(wù)于國內(nèi)鍍鎳板/鍍錫板/薄銅帶/薄鈦帶企業(yè)，由公司所承建的60m/min連續(xù)鍍鎳線、420m/min鍍錫線、300m/min鍍錫基板連退線均創(chuàng)中國第一?？梢罁?jù)客戶要求，承接馬口鐵相關(guān)連續(xù)生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì)、監(jiān)造、安裝、調(diào)試和保駕出成品，包含：鍍錫機(jī)組、連續(xù)退火機(jī)組、電解清洗機(jī)組、雙機(jī)架平整機(jī)組、單機(jī)架平整機(jī)組、單（雙）機(jī)架二次冷軋機(jī)組、剪切拉矯重卷機(jī)組、連續(xù)式或單片式覆膜機(jī)組。
Drawing lessons from domestic and foreign high-speed lines’ advantages, Xiyanyuan has been servicing domestic tinplate factories by providing general contracting service, electric integration service and equipment modification services. Xiyanyuan has contracted the first 420mpm tinplate line and 300mpm CA line among privately-owned tinplate factories in China. Xiyanyuan can serve the different phases of the tinplate production related equipment, from equipment designing, manufacturing, installation, adjusting and most important the production startup, including tinning line, CA line, electrolysis degreasing line, double-stand temper mill, single-stand temper mill, single-stand (or double-stand) double reducing mill, trimming line, continuous (or working by sheet) laminating line
2.工藝技術(shù)的輸出和生產(chǎn)管理：
Technical know-how support and production management
以產(chǎn)品工藝為中心，集生產(chǎn)指導(dǎo)和保駕；各類產(chǎn)品缺陷的解決對(duì)策；各機(jī)組質(zhì)量控制點(diǎn)；產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和檢驗(yàn)方法；產(chǎn)品的理化檢驗(yàn)方法和出廠保證；產(chǎn)品使用技術(shù)和服務(wù)。提供針對(duì)馬口鐵工廠的生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)（MES系統(tǒng)），使得生產(chǎn)管理全流程受控，保證一貫制的有效實(shí)施。
Technical know-how is everything, including production guidance and support, defects and its causes and solutions, critical quality points of each equipment, quality standard and its measuring methods, physical and chemical testing method and mill guarantee, products usage technology and services. Xiyanyuan will help the customers having on-site problem analyzing and solving abilities.
3.單體裝備的設(shè)計(jì)和制造
Equipment key components design and manufacturing
單體設(shè)備開發(fā)，結(jié)合馬口鐵生產(chǎn)工藝特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，吸取國外設(shè)備的特點(diǎn)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，突破技術(shù)難點(diǎn)，相繼開發(fā)出如高頻感應(yīng)加熱、高壓變頻電阻軟熔、滾筒飛剪、覆膜機(jī)等獲得成功，大幅降低了投資成本，并提升了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量或裝備水平，各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均符合要求。
Based on its understanding of tinplate production know-how, Xiyanyuan has developed and designed various of tinplate equipment key components, such as high-frequency induction heating, high-voltage resistance melting, lamilating machine and roller flying shear. These components has been widely tested and used.
